The canal district of Amsterdam - Part 2 : Evening walk

Amsterdam lighted up in Beauty

After a wonderful cruise ride back to Damrak, went on for evening walk around the city center, starting from the Damrak Street, to the Dam square where the Grand Palace and The Nieuwe Church are located. There was a small amusement park set up at the Dam Square.

The Nieuwe Church lighted up in greeting the nightlife

Then the streets of Damstraat and Oudezijds Voorburgwal, passing through the Oude Church and St. Nicholas Church and back to the Amsterdam Central. This small stretch is one of the most happening place of Amsterdam and is a popular shopping place also for buying souvenirs.
